A.1 試驗儀器

流動度測試儀——流動錐尺寸如圖A.1所示。

流動錐的校準:1 725mL±5mL水流出的時間應為8.0s±0.2s

 A.2  流動度試驗方法

測定時,先將漏斗調整水平,封閉底口,將攪拌均勻的漿體均勻傾入漏斗內,直至表面觸及點測規(guī)下端(1725mL±5mL漿體)。開啟底口,使?jié){體自由流出,記錄漿體全部流出時間(s),稱為灌漿料的流動度。

小讀數(shù)應不大于0.1s

流動錐幾何尺寸:上口徑178mm,下口徑13mm,裝料容積:1725±5mL
